रायपुर। वीआरसीई–वीएनआईटी नागपुर एलुमनाई–छत्तीसगढ़ चैप्टर द्वारा एलुमनाई मीट का सफल और यादगार आयोजन एनआईटी रायपुर परिसर स्थित गोल्डन टावर ऑडिटोरियम में किया गया। यह ऑडिटोरियम एनआईटी रायपुर एलुमनाई एसोसिएशन द्वारा निर्मित एक महत्वपूर्ण सुविधा है।
कार्यक्रम में विशेष तौर पर वीएनआईटी नागपुर के निदेशक डॉ. प्रेमलाल पटेल, डीन इंटरनेशनल अफेयर्स एवं एलुमनाई डॉ. के. एम. भुरचंडी, तथा एलुमनाई कोऑर्डिनेटर डॉ. दिवाकर ज़ेड. शेंडे उपस्थित रहे, जो नागपुर से इस आयोजन में शामिल होने आए। वीएनआईटी नागपुर एलुमनाई एसोसिएशन की ओर से श्री शशिकांत चौधरी और श्री जोगिंदर सिंह सोंड भी उपस्थित थे।
एलुमनाई मीट में 30 से अधिक पूर्व छात्र एवं उनके परिवार शामिल हुए, जिससे कार्यक्रम में उत्साह, संवाद और पुरानी यादों का खुशनुमा माहौल बना रहा।
निदेशक डॉ. पटेल का संबोधन
डॉ. प्रेमलाल पटेल ने वीएनआईटी नागपुर की प्रगति, संस्थान की प्रतिबद्धताओं तथा भावी लक्ष्य के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियाँ साझा कीं। उन्होंने कहा कि—

एकेडमिक एवं रिसर्च प्रगति पर चर्चा
डॉ. के. एम. भुरचंडी ने संस्थान की शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियों, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विस्तार और शोध संबंधी प्रगतियों की जानकारी दी।
श्री शशिकांत चौधरी ने वीएनआईटी एलुमनाई एसोसिएशन की 15 वर्ष की यात्रा को याद करते हुए विश्वास और सामूहिक योगदान की भावना को रेखांकित किया।
वहीं, श्री जोगिंदर सिंह सोंड ने मजबूत एलुमनाई नेटवर्क की शक्ति और संभावनाओं पर प्रकाश डाला।

Alumni Meet of VRCE-VNIT Nagpur Alumni-Chhattisgarh Chapter on November 16, 2025 at Raipur
The VRCE-VNIT Nagpur Alumni-Chhattisgarh Chapter successfully organized a vibrant and memorable alumni meet at the Golden Tower Auditorium—an iconic facility created by the NIT Raipur Alumni Association-inside the NIT Raipur campus. The event was graced by Dr. Premlal Patel, honorable Director VNIT Nagpur; Dr. K. M. Bhurchandi, Dean International Affairs & Alumni; and Dr. Diwakar Z. Shende, Alumni Coordinator; who travelled from VNIT Nagpur to join the gathering. VNIT Nagpur Alumni Association was represented by Mr. Shashikant Chaudhary and Mr. Joginder Singh Sond.
With the participation of over 30 alumni and their families, the meet was filled with nostalgia, energy, and meaningful interactions. Honorable Director Dr. Premlal Patel shared insightful updates on VNIT’s growth, commitments and future vision of the institute. He stressed on the strong association and contribution of Alumni in various fronts like students’ internships, training & skill development and placement, Alumni can contribute their expertise and knowledge by interaction with the students, motivate and train them as and when possible. Dr. K.M. Bhurchandi highlighted the institute’s academic, infrastructure and research advancements. Mr. Shashikant Chaudhary reflected on VNITAA’s 15-year journey of trust and collective contribution, and Mr. Joginder Singh Sond emphasized the strength and potential of the alumni network. Distinguished Alumnus Shri Kamal Kishore Sarda ji also shared his inspiring entrepreneurial journey rooted in ethics and the Bhagavad Gita.
